Panic and Anxiety
These Disorders are literal attacks on your mental, emotional and physical state and seem to come out of no where but the truth is the symptoms are faint and ever increasing, if left unchecked.
Before every episode there are always warnings if you just pay attention to your body that inner feeling that something is amiss, stop whatever you are doing as soon as possible and breathe until your mind, heart rate and muscles are relaxed and all the tension is gone. Focusing on wherever your happy place is, mine is knowing that God is my Father energizing me joy and strength.
A positive self awareness is key to a healthy state of existence and all negative thoughts and behavior is the foundation of fear causing conflict in our inner man which corrupts the balance of the harmonious being that God created us to be. In others words a seed was planted somewhere along the way and believe me, you never want to wait to see how bad it can get. Be mindful, the word of God says to take every thought captive and not to meditate on negative thoughts.
If you recognize these symptoms immediately address the fact that you need to attend to yourself because in all reality this world is at times a bit overwhelming with way too many distractions on a daily basis so breathe, relax and release.

1. Stretching or Exercising
2. Sewing Projects *Sewing in a straight line is very therapeutic
3. Dancing out or at home *Singing or karaoke
4. Walking or sitting outside allowing yourself to take in God’s creation
5. Chamomile Tea
6. Valerian Root *Natures Valium
7. Warm bath with Epsom salt, essential oils, music
8. Pray *Praise God
9. Avoid toxic relationships and environments
10. Forgive All *No negative thoughts and no negative people
