2 Pie crust
5 Medium sweet potatoes
2 Eggs
½ Cup of Carnation
½ Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
8oz Can of eagle brand
1/3 Cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of nutmeg
1tsp of cinnamon
After washing the sweet potatoes let them air dry then place them in a pre-warmed oven at 350 until soften then after cooling around ten minutes place them in a mixing bowl with two sticks of soften butter and mix until smooth. Then add the eggs one at a time mixing until the egg disappears into the pie filling, then add the eagle brand and beat until all the milk is incorporated into the filling. Next add the sugar and mix until smooth, next add the heavy whipping cream mix until all the color has disappeared into the filling and repeat with the carnation milk. At last add the vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon and beat until smooth and place place filling in pie crust and put in oven on 325 for 35 to 45 minutes. For a lite and fluffy pie place into the blenda and mix for five to ten seconds before putting it in the pie crust which is totally optional.
