1lb of Unsalted Butter
3 cups of Sugar
5 Eggs
3 cups of Cake Flour
½ tsp of Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp of Nutmeg
1tsp of Pure Vanilla
½ tsp of Almond
½ cup of Evaporated Milk
8oz Cool Whip

Place softened butter in a mixing bowl with sugar and cream until fluffy then add eggs beating on medium one at a time. In another bowl combine flour, baking powder and mixture. Then add the flour mixture a little at a time into main bowl and mix on medium until blended well, then add milk and mix until well blended. At last add in the room temperature cool whip using the folding method, bake at 325 for 50 to 60 minutes.
